Matthew Palentchar’s decade of law practice

November 15, 2018

Practicing law since 2004, Matthew Palentchar -- a resident of St. Petersburg, Florida -- earned his Bachelor’s degree in political science at Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 2000, not far from his hometown of Colonia, New Jersey. He attended Ohio Northern University immediately thereafter in 2001 and its Claude W. Pettit College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2004, ready to practice in his chosen field.

Eager to chase this dream, Palentchar relocated to Florida to pursue law. He worked briefly at a firm before forming Matthew G. Palentchar, Esq., P.A., of which he was president, serving through 2010. This Florida attorney began his career in the Naples and Ft. Myer area as a general practice lawyer. At that time, he focused primarily on real estate, estate planning and business law in addition to civil and criminal cases.

Since then, over more than a decade of law practice with diverse clientele, Matt Palentchar has focused his work, still practicing in Florida, specifically the St. Petersburg and Tampa region on the Gulf of Mexico where he resides with his wife and two dogs. There, he owns and operates MGP Law & Title today, a full-service law office with a special emphasis on estate planning, real estate transactions and property law.
